2025 BACHELOR GULCH VILLAGE ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING

The 2025 Bachelor Gulch Village Association Annual Members Meeting will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. MST, virtually via Zoom. Connection information for the meeting is here:

At the meeting, Association members will be asked to approve the minutes of the 2024 Association Annual Members Meeting. In addition, members of the Class B – Multi Family portion of the Association will be asked to elect a Class B – Multi Family Director to the Association’s Board. Finally, all members will be afforded an opportunity to review the Board-adopted Association budget for 2026.

Estate Lot Lease Licensing & Regulation Policy

The Bachelor Gulch Village Association Board of Directors adopted the Estate Lot Lease Licensing and Regulation Policy in May 2025. This policy, as adopted by the Board and recorded with the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder, can be found here. In general, the Policy prohibits Bachelor Gulch Estate Lot owners (i.e., Lots 1 -107, 112-115, T-1, and T-2) who acquired their property after May 9, 2025 from leasing their property for a duration of less than 14 days and otherwise subjects them to a licensing requirement and other regulations.
