BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE

The next meeting of the Board of Directors for the Bachelor Gulch Village Association will take place on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. MDT. At this meeting, the Board again will be receiving community input regarding a proposed policy which, if adopted, would restrict the right of owners of Estate Lots within the Association who purchased after adoption of the policy to lease their property for less than 14 or 21 days (exact limit still to be determined) and otherwise subject them to a lease licensing and regulation system. If adopted, the policy will have no effect on the right of current owners of Estate Lots or current or future owners of units in multi-family developments in Bachelor Gulch to lease their properties.

It is anticipated that the Board will make a final decision regarding this proposed policy at the end of the May 2 meeting. If you would like more information about the policy the Board is considering, please email Mike Heaphy at mjheaphy@vailresorts.com.

It is anticipated that the Board will conduct additional meetings in June or July 2025, September or October 2025, and December 2025 (immediately following the Annual Members Meeting).
